Bamboo Wood Fiber Wall Panels

Bamboo charcoal panels are comprised of natural bamboo powder, wood powder, lightweight calcium carbonate, polymer resin (PVC), stabilizer, flame retardant, waterproofing agent, paraffin wax, etc. combined with high-temperature extrusion molding, molding, laminating, and other processing technologies.

As the primary raw material for bamboo charcoal panels, the bamboo powder is mostly composed of natural bamboo fiber, which has instant water absorption, and inherent antibacterial, anti-mite, and anti-odor properties. The second main raw material used in bamboo charcoal panels is corrosion-resistant bamboo charcoal wood veneer. Light calcium carbonate increases the hardness of bamboo wall panels with strong insect resistance and good water absorption. PVC or resin is used for the surface lamination of bamboo charcoal panels to ensure that the plate is firmly bonded, and does not fade or come off.
